9:42 AM Born a Megibben, father told if he came to adoption
hearing he would goto jail, by Judge Waytt, Davidson County,
Tennessee. In a court roombehind fire station for hearings of
D.W.I. arrest from the night before,is where this happened, not
the criminal courtrooms, why? But some howthe judge wanted to
hear this breach of peace bond hearing here. This ishow the story
went. Malcolm lived and worked in Davidson County,Tennessee.
Debbie his ex-wife lived in Sumner County and worked there. She
lived on a street across from a Shoney's restaurant, but she left
herCounty and went to Davidson County to where Malcolm had dinner
everyevening at a Shoney's (she traveled 18 miles away) to
confront him. Thejudge said even though Malcolm never left his
County and did his normalroutine, and did not approach her, he
was guilty of breaking the peacebond between them and even though
she left her county and went to him,Malcolm should have left!
Malcolm was given 11 month 29 days probation,to serve in Dallas,
Texas with relatives. Then was served Adoption papersbefore the
judge. Told if he returned for court date he would not everenter
court room, but would serve the 11/29 in jail. Now that was a
truecatch 22! Robert chose to stay a Walker. Even knowing the
truth.
